本網頁是由香港中文大學知識轉移基金支持項目「劏房租金指數及住屋環境研究」所設立，關注基層劏房租戶在私人租務市場所遇到的困境。我們希望藉發佈<劏房租金指數>，提供更多租務市場資訊予劏房租戶，研究團隊包括中大地理與資源管理學系姚松炎教授、香港社會服務聯會及全港關注劏房平台。此計劃亦會透過舉辦公眾活動，將問題更具體呈現於公眾眼前。

This is the official website of 'Rental Index and Living Environment of Sub-divided Housing Units' project supported by Knowledge Transfer Fund at CUHK. Tenants of sub-divided housing units (SDHU) are vulnerable to any unreasonable rental increase as they are normally the lowest income group, but there is no market rental information available. We aim to construct a quarterly rental index of SDHU in Hong Kong, and organize activities for the public to understand its situations.
